Specifically, we requested authority to construct and operate approximately 21,540 horsepower of new compression at Compressor Station 302 located in Montgomery County, Texas, and related auxiliary facilities at Compressor Station 343 located in Liberty County, Texas. The project will create 300,000 dekatherms per day of incremental firm capacity on our existing mainline facilities along the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast region. The filed cost of the project is approximately $72 million with an expected in-service date of July 2026.</font></p>

<p style="margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify; font-size: 16pt;"><font style="font-family: Arial;">On January 17, 2025, we filed an application with the FERC seeking authority to construct the Gulf Coast Storage Expansion Project. As part of the project, we propose to convert approximately 10 Bcf of cushion gas to working gas through the installation of a new electric motor drive compressor unit at our existing Compressor Station 388 and constructing approximately 5.88 miles of 30-inch loop line at our North Lansing natural gas storage facility in East Texas. We have agreements with various shippers for all of the capacity of this project. These contracts are expected to generate approximately $15 million in incremental revenues per year. The estimated total cost of the project is approximately $97 million. The project is targeted to be placed in service in the first half of 2027.</font></p>

Our operations are also subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations relating to protection of the environment. Although we believe our operations are in substantial compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations, risks of additional costs and liabilities are inherent in our operations, and there can be no assurance that we will not incur significant costs and liabilities. Moreover, it is possible that other developments could result in substantial costs and liabilities to us, such as increasingly stringent environmental laws, regulations and enforcement policies under the terms of authority of those laws, and claims for damages to property or persons resulting from our operations.</font></p>
