As of March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022, we had a note receivable from KMI of approximately $11.9 million and $12.0 million, respectively. The interest rate on this note is variable and was 5.0% and 5.4% as of March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022, respectively.
